You don’t need much to practice yoga. What you do need is time and a place to practice.
It’s a good idea to decide in advance where and when you will practice; otherwise, the evening may arrive and you’ll realize you missed the opportunity to practice that day.
You’ll also need a flat surface, an exercise or yoga mat, and comfortable clothing. Some styles of yoga may require additional items, but it’s best to start small. Use what you already have rather than letting a lack of equipment become an excuse to postpone your learning process.
